Hi all you bakers out there! 🙂
Since I’ve gotten home from college, I have been so stoked to finally bake again!
I wanted to make something semi-healthy, something I’d not regret eating after.
For this reason, I chose to make black bean brownies. The recipe comes from Minimalist Baker. (link below)
While these brownies aren’t as fudgy or sugary-sweet as usual brownies, they nonetheless satisfy a craving for those who are looking for a brownie-like dessert but want a punch of protein and fiber!
Also, topping these brownies with walnuts and chocolate chips makes them 10x better 😀
–also note* I did not use flax eggs, I used real ones. I also used honey instead of sugar & canola oil instead of coconut oil.
